Just when you think facial acne is the worst thing that could happen to you, think again. There are ways to conceal one or two zits on your face. You can wear large glasses to cover it up. But, back acne happens and spreads throughout the back in lightning speed. And when it happens, you are left with no other choice but to deal with it by wearing clothes that conceal the blemishes.

This type of acne might be the easiest to conceal. All you need to do is to wear something that doesn’t reveal your back. Not bad. But it is also causes severe discomfort during night time. If you are used to sleeping on your back then these little zits might keep you lying on your sides until the zits go away. Back acne occurs when sebum accumulates and clogs the pores. When people sweat without wiping it and cleansing the back before sleeping, over time this kind of mannerism will eventually lead to acne developing on your back. Keeping your back covered with talcum powder cannot help you either. It will only worsen your acne problem since the talcum powder might just clog up more pores and leave you with more back zits.

There are ways to cope with this situation. Wear loose fitting clothes with your back entirely covered to prevent it from being contaminated by dirt and pollution. Drink more water in order to excrete body toxins. Wash your back carefully with mild soap or anti-acne soap especially formulated for back acne. Remember that back acne will only worsen if you continuously scrub it. There is no better way to treat acne but to apply anti-acne cream on it and wash it with specially formulated soap.

That acne on your back might be irritating but in order to get rid of it faster, prevent yourself from touching it or doing something about it that could only worsen the situation. That’s the good thing about back acne, you can’t mess up with it like you do with facial blemishes so all you need to do is to grin and bear it until it goes away. And when it does go away, make sure that you are already wiping away sweat and dirt that might clog the pores that give rise to acne problems. Do yourself a favor now and keep that acne from returning to your back.
